Obtain at least 3 alternative offers

Obtaining at least 3 offers is required both when making a decision about placing an order, for example repair work, and when preparing the appointment of a new administrator.

The comparison offers must be made available to all owners before or when the measure is passed. An inspection on site is sufficient.

With the repeated administrator order, no alternative or competitive offers need to be obtained.
